Timed Write Line task

Daragorn suggested having timed write line tasks.

Should be simple to implement.
Function something like:
#WriteLine("text to write", 3)
would set local.writeLineText and local.writeLineTime with the provided arguments.
then #WaitWriteLine would set some local variables with the errors and user time.
