Delete name to remove from list

You simply have to leave the name field empty to remove an item from the list.
It will happen when you exit and autosave kick in.
Items with empty name fields are not included in anything.

However this is not obvious, so at least a note has to appear.
perhaps a delete button.

Deleting an appManaged now, should not be as easy as deleting the name.
