Feature Request: Top quick links (Index) to the blocks #34
Description
It would be great to have a section that appears at the top of the page that is automatically created based on the blocks that have been created. The index would allow the user to click on the block name from the index and the user would be taken to that block. This would be great for users that have a large number of blocks.
