Loaded into a false Airstrip? #1

Upon exiting the Lily Pad secret stage, I got loaded into a weird pseudo-Airstrip level. It was physically the Airstrip, but had the Plaza music and darkness filter. I think this has to do with the no bootout on death thing, but I'm not sure! I died, spawned back in, then immediately exited level, so something with the logic could be happening there.
Also the first stage for this seed was Sirena 4 Secret, and I believe that's where I should've been taken after exiting stage.
