[Doc][Enhancement] Please describe the dev environment and the dependencies installed

First of all thanks for sharing your dev environment, I come from some YouTube videos and I would like to try your development environment to test my productivity. Although I am not familiar with what's in your environment or how it works.

I would like to have some documentation explaining the tools and dependencies involved in this set-up, so I know what I will have available and what I am installing on my computer. Probably I wouldn't like to mine some dogcoins for ya :)
