encapsulation of data in tests

I am writing tests and in for example MapsTest there is an test with 2 - Nebraska Avenue
That mean that we are using gtfs data from Atlanta database.
My current database is my local and not Nebraska and the question is:
Is it needed to separate data from tests and not test data-specific things or another option to set and state that we are using atlanta database and we are testing on this data.
How it should be done ?

I think we should separate the tests from the data used. The tests should be location independent.

So we will need to remove the reference to "Nebraska Avenue".
