When deploying custom detections to a production tenant there should be a webhook to call on the ShieldChecker Infrastructure to get insights about if the last test for the specific detection was successful. Only in this case the detection should be deployed.
Describe the solution you'd like
Webhook available to call with the detection name (Alert it generates) and getting back the result of the last run of a test which contains this alert as an expected result. If multiple Tests appl then the result of all.
