SCBBA center vs current effect #43

Hi @ThorstenHellert ,
The effect discussed in this proceeding seems important since it could limit the accuracy of the any BBA. I'm not sure if this has been considered in SC. If it is not already included, we could add a new 2 parameters accounting for the magnetic Hor. and Ver. center movement vs current setpoint in um/A. Those parameters could change PolynomB[0] and PolynomA[0] when changing the quad or sextupole field.
I'm not sure how it could be implemented exactly, but since I'm already playing around with SCBBA, I could take a look, what do you think?
