Allow courses to carry multiple distribution requirement designations #384
Description
According to the new requirements posted by the Office of the Dean of the College, courses can now carry two possible distribution requirement designations.
We might therefore need to update our scraping code, as well as other locations that read/write dist reqs from/to the database to allow a list of dist reqs.
