Remove the obsolete `Extend` method from the `ComplexEqualizationProfile` class

Every obsolete method should be removed upon the next major release. The Extend(ComplexEqualizationProfile<TExpected, TActual>) method is one of them.

There are pragma directives within the CodeRepositoryEqualizationProfile that should be removed as well.
