Link-checker for Tweechable

Hey Team,

So every month or so, we should probably check the hyperlinks in our Tweechable lessons so we avoid sending tweets that lead to a bunch of 404 errors instead of valuable lessons! Of course, doing this manually can be a drag, so I came across this link-checker that someone had already developed in Ruby: http://www.ryanalynporter.com/2012/10/06/introducing-the-link-checker-ruby-gem/

I will work on getting this incorporated into Tweechable for the admins to use.
