Installing user dependencies

qhtcp-workflow requires a suite of external dependencies. Some of these are already installed system-wide on the Hartman Lab server. Others will need to be installed individually by users. For that you can use:

qhtcp-workflow - m install_dependencies

You'll first be prompted to install system dependencies, you can hit or "N" to skip that step (they are already installed system-wide for you). From there the module will download, compile, and install the necessary R and perl packages locally for the user.

Eventually I'd like to containerize the build environment for better reproducibility.
