Prenote applicability filtering by route

I can only think of one example where this applies at the moment, but for EGFF RWY 30 BCN 1A SID departures, they only need to be prenoted (new term 'departure warning') to Sector 23 (West) if they are eastbound via the P4 HAWFA L607...

Would it be possible to add this prenote to the BCN 1A SID, but only when the route is then via a particular additional waypoint (in this case probably HAWFA)?
