FractionalMUNV|Link Does Not Support Fractional MU's

Hi,
I used an API named GetPatientPlanTxFieldsRequest following the ARIA Access V1.4 Reference Guide to try to get the patients' plan field info from Eclipse.My params were:

Which was totally right with Eclipse original test patient.
But when it come to a real patient, it returned something wrong.

Is my params wrong? Or is this API not compatible with this version of our Eclipse? Or is there any specific config on our Varian Medical Systems need to be set?
