Describe the bug
I'm trying to run your data pre-processing pipelines in the linked MEDS(_transforms) fork. It appears like that preprocessing pipeline doesn't use the MIMIC FHIR data version.
To Reproduce
- Searching "FHIR" in this repository or the linked MEDS fork doesn't return any meaningful results.
- Looking into the extract pipeline it looks like the default directory structure is more akin to the regular OMOP MIMIC-IV structure.
I think the pipeline should just use the regular MIMIC data, is this correct?
