`vhp update` for every case study

We need to port our "find new CVEs" scripts in each case study to vhp update.

• vhp update --project ffmpeg

• vhp update --project systemd

Status Update

kernel is going to be a new one because I want to use that one website and clone their repo.

systemd is going to be a new script as well

chromium will need to be ported from the python script, and might be a tad complicated

ffmpeg needs to be ported, but is relatively simple

httpd needs to be ported, but is relatively simple

struts needs to be ported, but should be simple
