FR: Multi-Pedal

Creating an FR to add support for multiple foot pedals to activate different functions, e.g. one foot pedal can PTT one channel and another can PTT the other. I will own implementation.

I think this and a few other keybind/control FRs should be combined into a more general “improved action mapping” FR. Ideally, we’d have something similar to the MIDI mapping interfaces found on many VST plugins which allow for any channel/control to map to any action (within reason)
