Question about collection cost module #181

Hi!
I am currently working on my final Master's degree thesis which is focused in wind energy and I need to estimate the project costs, specifically collection costs. I was wondering if someone could explain how the labor, equipment rental and mobilization costs are calculated in this module or maybe direct to the specific code regarding this calculations. @Matt-Shields @akey7
