Mooring Line Diameter for IEA-22

Description

The incorrect equivalent line diameter (used by MoorDyn) is calculated for the IEA-22MW Floater.

Is the windIO input diameter the nominal diameter for chain?

Will need to trace this through WISDEM/MoorPy/WEIS

The windIO input is supposed to be volume equivalent diameter:

I think we want to stick with the stiffness and mass of the current IEA-22 mooring system, and then update the diameter input to properly result in those values.
