[REDapp Bug]: Daily Weather Export

What happened?

The Export > Daily Weather option in the Statistics tab outputs a csv file containing different weather values than what is in the REDapp user interface. The REDapp user interface display for Daily weather is showing the correct values for noon standard or 13:00 daylight time. The daily weather export is not. In the sample weather file provided, the daily export is showing values from July 7, 2017 02:00, and then repeats values from July 8, 2017 02:00 twice.

Hey @nealmcloughlin , I'm just trying to better understand what is happening, and what is supposed to be happening here, so i have a question or two.

1. Looking at the csv you provided, it appears the data is displayed as-is in the grid within the program. e.g. in your screenshot it shows 2017/07/06 13:00 temperature at 32.7, which is correct as of the csv, but it seems to be assuming the csv is provided in local time rather than GMT, is that a fair assumption?
2. Similarly, i noticed it used 13:00, which seemed like an unusual choice. When i try to import that file on my system, it comes out with noon instead within the program. However if i change my timezone from PST to PDT, it does the same as yours (1300 values). Is there a standard or something here i should be following?

Good questions @dylancbaker. Weather data are indeed displayed as-is in the grid within the program. REDapp assumes the imported weather data are in the same time zone as what is set in the upper-right of the application. In the example I provided, I had set the time zone to PDT, so REDapp would display the 13:00 as the daily values. If I were to change the time zone to PST, REDapp would display 12:00 as the daily values.

The REDapp user interface is displaying weather data correctly. The file export should match what is shown in the REDapp user interface.
