Needs to be updated, reorganized by class

The BoM is confusing students as to which kits they need. It really should be organized by class.

Also, the 1001 kit doesn't have the 3d printed parts listed, nor the shim board -- in which kit to they belong?

The spring scale is way oversized. 1000g/10N should be plenty.
