Proliferate / shroud #1130

Describe the bug
I casted a Blastoderm. Attacked with a Thrummingbird and attempted to proliferate the Blastoderm, but it was grayed out because of shroud.
Expected behavior
I should've been able to select Blastoderm for proliferate.
