Check that image metadata align with reasonable expectations #4
Description
Sometimes image metadata, such as um-per-pixel information, may be incorrect. This can have downstream impacts such as uncertainty about the data, trouble viewing or show scale for images, etc. We could remedy this by checking, for example:
- Given a segmented compartment image does the um-per-pixel value align with the size of the related object? (Nuclei won't ever be 1 CM in diameter, etc)
