Streamdeck Keys not actioning in game

I have just installed the stream deck plug plugin and the telemetry plugin, all correctly installed. The stream deck was downloaded from the official store. I cam assign keys on the stream deck and I have matched then in game (including case sensitive) when I press the stream deck key nothing happens in game. However when I use the original keyboard keys it does work and the stream deck key lights up with the relevant action
