Time Warp's time zone for Atlanta locations are incorrect

Description

The time zone associated with Windscribe's Atlanta locations reflects that of America/Chicago, instead of Atlanta's actual time zone (America/New_York).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable Time Warp.
2. Connect to either of the Atlanta locations (Mountain or Piedmont) under US Central.
3. Within the extension's Privacy menu, check the current spoofed time.

Expected behavior

Time should correspond to that of Atlanta's actual time zone: US Eastern Time (America/New_York).

Actual behavior

Time corresponds to that of US Central Time, America/Chicago:
