Coloured cells on the gene page

For "baseline" data use colors to fill in cell background based on the TPM value, e.g.
0.2 - 0.25: gray
0.25 - 1: light blue
1-10: blue
10+ : dark blue
You could figure out in the gene page module what color to use, and paint the cells the right color by setting the "background_color" CSS where they get constructed (sub html_study_results_table).

Check in the browser how it looks first by manually changing some cells.
