Setting the Neos install path doesn't automatically refresh the installed mods

The mod manager had to be restarted for the installed checkmarks to appear next to mods

Pressing the check for updates should also refresh the listing. It isn't constantly watching for changes in the directory at the moment.

See, I initially thought that was just for polling the manifest only.

But a triggering a refresh after changing the Neos path should be a very easy QoL addition.
I'd do it myself too, but I can't find the actual files for your MainWindow 🤔
