[Feature Request] SCP 999 Gal Overheal Option?

I wonder if it could be possible to allow a config option to let LIZ-ZIE aka SCP 999 Gal overheal you when interacted with. She will still respect the Healing Capacity Config since by default that's at 200.

Say your max health is 100, you interact with LIZ-ZIE and she heals you for 100. If the overheal amount is set at 100 then this will actually give you 200 Health and 100 is taken from the Healing Capacity. If the overheal amount was changed to 50, then your health would be 150 while only taking 50 from the Healing Capacity.

Prob can play well with Late Game Upgrade's Stimpack as the default is +80 Max health at max level, so... 180 Max Health... you overheal from LIZ-ZIE and can have 280 (If overheal is at 100) or 230 (If overheal is at 50) Health.

LGU does a lot to allow a player more hp than 100, it's super hard coded so unfortunately not planned to mess with that personally (if I allow her to heal over 100, your health will reset to 100 from any hit taken

Ah, thought it would be like a attribute of some sorts, like the vanilla health being 100, LGU doing +??? to the health. Hm...
