CellRanger Metrics 

Hi, 

I wanted to use scone with 10x data but I am unable to find the metrics listed in the supplementary table S2, therefore I would like to ask you if you could indicate me were are those metrics in the CellRanger output or if they were something that you calculated yourselves.
