Add option for zaparoo PCB files

There is currently no template option in the designer for the PCBs available in the zaparoo-hardware github repo Medium or Switch Card.

This would be useful as the page on the wiki for the pcbs refers to the designer for creating labels.

The Designer project is open to create templates by anyone. All of the templates in the Designer software are ones created by the community. If you have the ability, I’d encourage you to create a template for the ones you mentioned. 🙂

You can start by adding an empty one, just a rectangle of the same size of the PCB that will allow to size the print correctly.
There isn't coordination between all members of the comunity. Someone may come up with a PCB to print to make hard cards with a logo, but use photoshop to print their own stickers.
