ESP Block not working

I'm pressing binded button of ESP, entity ESP is working, but block ESP is not.

I don't remember conflicts with these mods. You can try disabling them one by one and find out which is causing issue.
Also on F3 screen there is cheatutils related information about how many chunks it sees. It shouldn't be zero
