Nope, not the fog mod's issue. I've had this problem before, but this time it's different.
What's happening is: When a player joins the server, the nearby chunks load fine, but some chunks just won’t load no matter how close you get.
No weird plugins on the server—gonna check if it’s a mod causing this.

Worth mentioning - even in the buggy version, when I tried a single-player world, this issue didn't happen at all. The server only started acting up after playing for a while. Could be caused by other players on the server too, but weirdly only I can't load certain specific chunks
