Fails to build with clutter-gst 1.5

Hi, toonloop 2.1.18 fails to build on Ubuntu Precise with clutter-gst 1.5.4 because it's using some deprecated clutter-gst stuff. My opinion is that you shouldn't use -Werror in your stable releases (we're patching that out in Ubuntu so that it will build).

Not using -Werror anymore in the develop branch. 2.2.0 still used that flag. We should release a 2.4.0 or 2.2.4 that will fix this.
