Public Site Down

Hi Aaron,
If you weren't aware, the Azure public site has been down for a while. Is that intentional/permanent? If so I'll look into self hosting. I appreciate the work you guys have put into this over the years.

Yep, I have taken the service offline.

In the week prior to going offline, we had 306gb ingress traffic, resulting in 75gb egress traffic - yes, in a 7-day period. This is absurd for a free service and it's starting to cost me personally a lot of money.

We've also uncovered that:

• People are using us with max-timeout calls (sometimes multiple sequential ones) in production systems to manage delays.
• Nefarious actors are using us to mask redirect sources in scams/phishing.
• People are taking the piss of the idea of fair use.

I'm going to setup some actual rate limiting when I get a moment and then I'll put it back online.
