Refactor incoming_message_dispatcher

• Move channel specific message implementation to respective channel.
• This also includes moving presence specific messages to respective presence object.
• Aim is to increase code readability and implementation should be in sync with logic implemented across SDKs
• This can also include refactoring outgoing_message_dispatcher if needed.
