How to install these addons on windows?

Can someone please explain in very simple terms, how to install the sticky notes addon on a windows computer.

I would greatly appreciate it.

If you are using the alpha release of sioyek 3 here: https://github.com/ahrm/sioyek/releases/tag/sioyek3-alpha0 you won't need that extension because we now have a built-in add_freetext_bookmark command.
For previous sioyek version installation instructions are in the main github page, which part do you have problem with?
