no PPC64le Support: Missing ppc64le Postgres Binaries to build jars supported for presto

The script uses the prebuilt package from EnterpriseDB. Unfortunately, they don't have one for that architecture, so we would need to find a reliable alternate source or build it ourselves.

could you please let me know how to raise an issue with enterprisedb to add postgresql binaries for ppc64le arch and also you can make use of above link to build binaries for ppc64le arch.

They have a contact link on their site. We could build it ourselves, but it would be much better for them to do it, otherwise we would have to continue doing it every time we upgrade.
