Register ValidatorCommand from Cosmos SDK #389
Description
Validators have noticed that the previously available command is no longer available:
akash query tendermint-validator-set
Appears this remains available in Cosmos SDK 0.53.0 which would update the command - as we would logically expect - to query comet-validator-set

But appears we are no longer registering ValidatorCommand
