Add Layout Per Node Type

Once the user enables node_layout for a node type, a new layout should be added for the node type. By default, the "node_layout default layout" will be used, but it would be nice to allow the user to attach a different layout per node type.

Add "Override default node layout" checkbox to the settings page.
