Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In many cases, Claude gets into a loop or a "frenzy" doing things I know I would need to revert. But clicking on [Stop] does not stop it.
Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like the [Stop] to be an actual circuit breaker, stopping the operation immediately.
