different results for no-ip endpoint #13

Hi, thanks for this service!
I might be wrong but the no-IP request https://api.ipgeolocationapi.com/geolocate should return a response based on the requester's IP, right? The response says that I am in Estonia but when I actually provide my IP via https://api.ipgeolocationapi.com/geolocate/xxxxxxx I get the correct results.
