Your website claims one cost structure, and then after I signed up, you presented a different, stricture cost structure.

So I sought fixing this information error, and crediting ONE month for the trouble.

I heard back, but the other party didn't seem to understand what I was saying, or claimed it's no big deal.

I want to use your service, because I want a simple REST-based IP geolocation.

But on principle, no, I won't let you do a bait-and-switch, and then just keep taking money like nothing's wrong.

The bait-and-switch advertising is still up, by the way. 1000 free? or just 100 free?

I feel like I've said this about 6 times and nobody cares, you just want the money. And so I want to bring pain onto your company for taking money based on tricks.
