Regarding the Dropbox check

From version 0.45.0 onwards a new rule is in place:

• If there is a global Cider config file and it contains a variable CheckForDropboxConflicts this variable rules.

• Otherwise Cider checks the user's home folder for a folder Dropbox/. If there is such a folder, the check is performed.

The Open Project article lists the steps taken to open a Cider project. This check should appear in that sequence – but where?
