A1 ATRI station (aka station ID 100) has no default pedestal

The default pedestal for station ID 100, the ATRI version of A1, `araAtriStation100Pedestals.txt` does not exist. Currently, this file must be specifically requested by the user to be used and will crash due to the file's non-existence. If someone wants this, we'll need to generate it.
