Problem in loding itx file

Suppose the User comment contains just a really comment, like that:
X //User Comment = phi_offset:.3125;beta:3.00;The value of phi_offset and beta are just demonstration, not exact values.;

The first two are treated correctly, but the last one has been treated as the long string key ("The value of phi_offset and beta are just demonstration, not exact values.") and the value 1.0.
This should be like "Comment": "The value of phi_offset and beta are just demonstration, not exact values." or other reasonable treatment.
