Deprecation Warning constant ::Fixnum is deprecated

during the execution of the local test I got the following warning
wlapi/lib/wlapi/api.rb:445: warning: constant ::Fixnum is deprecated

It's the new behavior on Ruby 2.4. We have to change this Integer.
