Description
getting this error:
The bootloader could not be installed. The installation command <pre>grub-install --target=x86_64-efi --efi-directory=/boot/efi --bootloader-id=Arch_Linux --force</pre> returned error code 1.
I tried

- automatic
- manual, setting 1GB size of efi partition

- plasma pure
- plasma flagship

writing iso on flash from windows using
- rufus
- balena etcher

writing iso on 2 different flash drives
- 8 GB
- 32 GB

installing arch on 2 different ssd
- 64 GB sata SPCC
- 128 GB m2 NVMe Netac connected to pci-e

additional info
- i am using UEFI
- i am getting similar error with ubuntu and fedora offline installers
- running Boot-Rapair tool on ubuntu after getting this error fixes bootloader, and then all ok on ubuntu
- windows installs without any errors
- but i want to use arch
- archintall works without any errors, but installing using it is very slow, so i need an offline installer
- in virtualbox, with efi enabled, arch linux gui installs without any errors
- i tried connect phisical ssd to virtualbox using this guide, but after successful installation nothing was writed to ssd
