[fix]: maintain visibility state if columns is not changed

Description

Whenever config change, visible_columns state is reset. We need to avoid that in order to prevent user from handling columns visibility by himself.

In general this code is weak:

Payload should not always update when the config changes.

When config.pageSize changes visibleColumns should not be updated to initial config values
