It doesn't work with Windows 7

Hi, I cannot understand how you have compiled it and get this error. I think the error should appear only if you compile program on Windows 10 machine and took it on Windows 7. I can try to compile my program for Windows 7 if you want

1. I used a Windows 7 VM that has Visual Studio 2019 in it. The version of the SDK I used is 10.0.19041.0.
2. Please do that.

You should also check your DirectX SDK version, because I use static linking. Your version of SDK must be June 2010 to compile it in Xinput 1.3. I looked the information in this site https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/xinput/xinput-versions
