Bug: No support for Bad, Sad Speeds

Hello there, great plugin!

However, when I check my upload speed via fast.com , it's in Kbps, as shown here:

Yet, the plugin shows it in Mbps, as shown here:

So if possible, could you please accommodate for sad internet speeds like mine? :'] 🙏

Moreover, it takes around 30 full seconds after typing ck u , ck d, or ck s, to get the result, which is different than the latency in the presented .README file of this repo (though I guess this is also due to my depressing internet speed :')), so thought I'd tell you in case there's a quick workaround you can do to display intermediate speeds each 3 seconds or something (you may look into this plugin which does something like this I think).
